We will base ourselves out of Ghent, Belgium for the duration of this trip, our Hotel which is right in the center of this historic town. Ghent was home to David McKenzie for much of his Pro cycling career and is a wonderful old town, steeped in history and stunning architecture.

During this trip you will have the option of riding both the Tour of Flanders and Paris Roubaix Cyclosportives (GrandFondos) as well as seeing both of these epic Classics live on race day. Rides will feature the traditional Belgian countryside you are now accustomed to seeing on TV during the spring, including the dreaded and much loved “pavé”.

You will get to see the Tour of Flanders & Paris Roubaix Pro races up close and personal while sharing the atmosphere with the cycling crazy Belgians
OUR RIDES
One of the main focuses of this trip is getting to ride the Cyclospotives (or "Gran Fondos") of both the Tour of Flanders and Paris - Roubaix. You will get a real life experience of what it is like to ride the cobbles. In addition to the Cyclosportives you will also get to flavor some classic local rides.
The city of Ghent is a beautiful place, and there are plenty of activities and plenty to experience to cover all eventualities in the event of bad weather. Belgium has lots to offer both on and off the bike.
