You may chose to start off with a couple of relaxing days to look around "the Pink City" of Toulouse before your trip starts.

Each day's ride will take you to a new town where your luggage will be transported for you and will be waiting for you at your next carefully selected hotel.  Each hotel is selected to be well situated near the Canal for your ride, while also offering you some local flavor.
