For this trip we will split our time between the three beautiful locations that are the high mountains of the Pyrenees, San Sebastian and the Rioja wine region, enabling us to get in some great riding, enjoy the coast and sneak in some wine tasting.

At this time of year Spain has plenty to offer: the great racing of the Vuelta, awesome roads for cycling, plenty of Tapas, Sangria and some stunning weather.
​
Over the 10 days of this trip, you will get to ride the some classic Spanich roads, tick off the famous climbs of the Pyrenees (including the infamous Col du Tourmalet) and visit the Rioja wine region.
TOURMALET & RIOJA
Tourmalet: One of the oldest climbs in cycling history, the Tourmalet was added to the Tour de France in 1910 and is the most visited climb by the tour de France having been included in the race over 80 times. Needless to say the Col du Tourmalet has also been included in the Vuelta Espana over the years.
Rioja: The Rioja area in Spain in well known for it's wine, offering a wide variety of reds, whites and rosés. The area also offers some fantastic riding through stunning vineyards.

OUR RIDES
One of the main focuses of this trip is the great riding these ares have to offer. Daily rides will offer you stunning scenery while giving you just the challenge you are looking for.

The rides in this part of France & Spain offer great roads and hilly terrain. If you love hills and mountains then you will love these areas.
